Forever part with disappointment: embrace pessimism! As a pessimist, when things do not turn out well I have the satisfaction of having correctly predicted the outcome. The few times when they actually do, I am happy because my low expectations have been exceeded by the course of events. In other words, as a pessimist you can never lose, at most it’s a draw. -- P.A.
