POWAY: Body found hanging from tree on Halloween: "POWAY---- A public works employee got a grisly surprise this Halloween when he discovered a partially decomposed body hanging from a tree, according to the San Diego County medical examiner's office.
The employee found the body at 9:10 a.m. Saturday while clearing brush in a secluded area of Hilleary Park on 13500 Community Road."
